Sam Williams, DVM


Dr. Sam Williams hails from the northern hill country town of Lampasas, Texas.  Growing up and working on the family ranch played a big role in developing his interest in veterinary medicine.  After pursuing undergraduate and graduate degrees from Texas A&M University, Dr. Williams graduated from Texas A&M College of Veterinary Medicine in 2003.  Dr. Williams started his veterinary career in Beeville before moving to Victoria in 2009.

His special interests are in equine reproduction, dentistry, lameness, and herd health maintenance and preventative care.  Dr. Williams is an active member of the Texas Equine Veterinarians Association, Texas Veterinary Medical Association, and the American Veterinary Medical Association.  Dr. Williams and his wife Chelsy have two beautiful daughters, Olivia and Emery.  In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his family, fishing, and hunting.

Paul Daniel, DVM


Dr. Paul is a native to Victoria and graduated from St. Joseph High School. He attended Texas A&M University, where he received a degree in Biology in 2011 and a Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine in 2016. Dr. Paul is a member of the Texas Veterinary Medical Association and the American Veterinary Medical Association.   He  enjoys watching Texas A&M football, fishing, and spending time with his family. Dr. Paul is excited to be working in Victoria and surrounding counties, serving members in the community where he grew up.

Jordon Koch, DVM


Dr. Jordon Koch is from the small farming and ranching community of Inez, Texas. Being raised around pets and livestock sparked her interest in veterinary medicine. It was not until she shadowed and worked for a veterinary clinic in high school that she fell in love with the profession. Dr. Jordon received her bachelor's degree in Biomedical Sciences from Texas A&M in 2019 and graduated from Texas Tech University School of Veterinary Medicine in 2025 with the inaugural class. She is a member of the Texas Veterinary Medical Association and American Veterinary Medical Association. Dr. Jordon resides in Inez Texas with her husband Jeffrey and her dog named Avery. She enjoys spending time with family and friends and her hobbies include hunting and fishing.

Gerald Boyd, DVM


Dr. Boyd graduated from TAMU in 1979. In 1982, he opened Lakeway Veterinary Clinic, a mixed practice in Edna, Texas. He sold the practice in 2019.
Dr. Boyd joined our Small Animal Location Team in 2021. You can't miss his smile. Dr. Boyd enjoys hunting, fishing, spending time with his grand children, and golfing.

Jaimye Aiken, Hospital Manager and Lead Technician


Jaimye started her career in the veterinary field in 1998, she is a certified Veterinary Assistant and a USDA EIA lab technician. Her passion for animals has been long lasting, ranging from wildlife to domestic. She enjoys the outdoors and spending time with her two children, Laney and Connor, family and friends. Jaimye is devoted to her career, dedicated to the customers and takes pride in every aspect of her work.

Marie Johnson, Large Animal Receptionist


Marie moved to Victoria in 1995 from California with her husband Scott, who was in the Marine Corps. They decided to plant their roots here in Victoria and start a family. Marie has experience as a small animal technician, feed store manager, and now has joined our large animal team. She was an avid horseman which included hunter jumper, English, barrel racing and trail. Her extra time now is spent with her two sons showing and raising cattle for 4H and FFA. She loves the outdoors. Marie is always happy to help and serve our customers with any of their large animal needs.

Sally Kuecker, Large Animal Receptionist


Sally Kuecker was born and raised in Victoria, Texas. She has 20 years in the Veterinary Administration field and 8 years as the Executive Director of the Dorothy O'Connor Pet Adoption Center. Sally's Passion for animals and their owners runs deep. Sally is married to Steve, and together they have 4 human children and 2 grand children. Their furry family includes 3 dogs, Penny, Kiyah and Tot, cattle, and 3 horses. Given the opportunity, Sally is outdoors riding her horses and spending time with her dogs.

Bubba Brown, Large Animal Veterinary Technician


Bubba has been in the veterinary field since 2010. Bubba’s skill with large animals has made him a valuable asset to our clinic. He ensures all animals receive the highest level of care. His days off are spent calf roping and spending time outdoors. You will never see Bubba without a laugh and a smile. It’s definitely contagious.

Dani Emery, Large Animal Veterinary Technician


Dani was born and raised in Central Texas. She attended Texas A&M University where she earned both her bachelor's and master's degrees in biomedical science and is the loudest and proudest member of the Fightin' Texas Aggie Class of 2015! During her free time she enjoys spending time in the great outdoors fishing and hunting with friends and family. Dani is passionate about wildlife and habitat conservation.

Kendra Fitch, Large Animal Veterinary Technician


Kendra was raised in Edna, TX and currently resides here in Victoria. She has been in the animal field since 2008 ranging from exotic to domestic animals, large and small. Her passion for the animals in her care is what drives her to take so much pride in her work. She has 2 children, River and James, and is married to their amazing father Michael. In her free time, you can always count on Kendra spending her time with her family and their beagle mix Bucky and cat Dexter.

Kaci Idlett, Large Animal Veterinary Technician


Kaci Idlett was born and raised in Yoakum, TX. For as long as she can remember she wanted to work at a veterinary clinic. She has a love for all animals, big or small. She has 2 dogs, Copper & Winnie, and 2 cats Willow & Binx. In her free time, you will probably find her outside working with her horse, Nash.

Claire Stillwell, Large Animal Veterinary Technician


Claire is born and raised in Victoria Texas. She is a senior at Victoria West School and has been an active member in FFA for the last six years showing market hogs. On the weekends is on the road with her chocolate lab Bailey and her horse Blue Berry at jackpot barrel races. After graduation, Claire, plans to get her veterinary technician degree and continue in the veterinary field.

Nita Roach, Large Animal Veterinary  Technician


Nita Roach is from Lockhart, Texas, and brings over 15 years of experience in the agricultural sector. Her competitive spirit shone through during her years in PHBA-Y, where she earned a Reserve World Championship in Hunter Hack. Nita holds a Bachelor of Science in Animal Science from Texas A&M -Kingsville and has completed an Advanced Ranch Management certificate from the King Ranch Institute for Ranch Management. Her extensive personal and professional background includes working with a variety of animals, such as horses, cattle, bison, goats, and sheep, reflecting her deep passion for land and animal stewardship. Nita has served as an equine breeding specialist and herd manager, and has also trained horses for ground manners, dude ranches, trail riding, and competition. Nita's dedication to the health and well-being of animals is evident in her high standards of care. Outside of her professional life, she is married to her wonderful husband, Caleb, and together they have two exceptional children and a silly dog, creating a vibrant family life. In her spare time Nita enjoys spending precious moments with her family and delving into LitRPG audiobooks.

Angel Lozano, Large Animal Veterinary Technician


Angel is a native Victorian raised on his family's ranch which consists of Brahman cattle, race horses and exotics. He wears many hats. Much time is spent training Brahmans for show, managing the exotic sable antelope, and race horse involvement. Angels' future is becoming a veterinarian. His passion for the field is obvious. He enjoys spending time with his son, Angel Jr., already in the direction of a future rancher. In his spare time, he is Mariachi and enjoys riding motorcycles. You can't miss his smile and personality as it is contagious.

Steve Kuecker,  Large Animal Veterinary Assistant


Steve is from Cuero, Tx.  He currently lives in Victoria on their small ranch with his wife Sally and their two dogs Penny and Kiyah.  He enjoys all outdoor activities and spending time with his grandchildren.  Rarely do you see him not using his construction creativity.

Kimberly Higdon, Large Animal Veterinary Assistant


A Victoria native, Kimberly was raised to empathize and respect both small and large animals. She has been in the animal field for 8 years where she has cared and loved for fosters and foster fails alike. Kimberly recently graduated Victoria College with an Associates of Art, and hopes to continue her education career in the future. She currently has 4 fur babies, 3 cats and 1 dog, and hopes to someday buy a pony.

Cami Garner, Large Animal Veterinary Assistant


Cami grew up in Cat Springs, Texas. She graduated from Bellville High School and attended Cisco College playing soccer for two years. She then transferred to UHV in Victoria majoring in General Studies. Cami loves to work with animals and very fond of horses. You will always find a smile on her face. On her off time, you will find her spending time with friends, loved ones and especially her great Pyrenees, Kevin and her cat, Pablo. Cami loves being outside by a beach or water.

Jennifer DiSilvestro, Small Animal Manager


Jennifer is a Texas transplant. She moved here from Kentucky in 1995 and is proud to call Texas home. She has been working in the Veterinary profession for over 17 years and enjoys it as much as she did when she first started. She is the proud Mom of two children, as well as "mom" to a rescue cat named Tuck, and a crazy husky named Pike. Her hobbies include spending time with family, writing, going to church and trying to keep up with her grandchildren.

Brittany was born and raised in Victoria Texas. She has been in the veterinary field since 2019. Caring for animals is her passion. Brittany is married with 2 daughters. Michelle is originally from San Antonio and recently moved to Victoria to continue her career with animals. Michelle has 20+ years of experience working in general practice, military canines, specialty and emergency medicine. She still learns new things daily. Michelle has enjoyed developing meaningful relationships with both clients and patients. This impacts the level of care she is able to offer. Michelle loves working with all species including exotics. She spends her free time outside in her garden and with her small family.

LeAnne Cano, Small Animal Veterinary Technician


LeAnne started in the veterinary field as a kennel attendant in 1986 and has been in the business for 30+ years. LeAnne and her husband Michael have triplet boys, Tanner, Sjon, and Michael. They also have a grand daughter named Sayler. LeAnne loves Dachshunds and has three named Lil B, Rip, and Teeter. In her spare time she loves shopping, the outdoors, and hangout with her family and friends.

Michelle Allen, Small Animal Veterinary Technician


Michelle was born in Kentucky and when she was three her family made the move to Texas. She grew up in Goliad and has remained in the South Texas area. She has always loved animals and throughout her life has had a wide variety of pets, ranging from mice to horses. Michelle has been a vet tech for 12 years. In 2013 she made the move to Victoria. Michelle is married with 2 daughters, a guinea pig, cats, dogs, and chickens. In her free time she enjoys spending time with her family, gardening, crocheting, reading, and painting.

Erin was born and raised in Victoria Texas. She has been around animals her entire life and has always had a deep passion for taking care of them. Erin graduated from the Veterinary Technician school at Austin Community College in 2024 and plans to become a licensed vet technician in her free time. She enjoys training her yearling colt Cartel and going hunting and fishing.

Mariana Isabel Guel Valdivia, Small Animal Veterinary Assistant


Mariana received her bachelor's degree from Texas Christian University in 2024 and is currently completing her science courses at Texas A&M University-Victoria with plans to apply to veterinary school by 2026. Her lifelong love for animals began at a young age, catching bugs, frogs, and lizards with her dad, much to her mom's dismay. At home, she has two big dogs, five cats, and one energetic cockatoo. In her free time, she enjoys watching anime, playing video games, and playing the piano.

Kindin Schoonover, Small Animal Veterinary  Assistant


Kindin has a strong passion for running, reading, and playing volleyball. His educational journey began in public school, but transitioned to homeschooling until the fall of 2025. Recently, he joined the Emergency Medical Services (EMS) program, where he received his Certificate of Didactic Completion, which he finds indispensable in honing his skills. Kindin is particularly drawn to the fascinating intersection of human and animal medicine, as it provides a unique perspective on care and healing. Looking ahead, he is eager to pursue a career as an Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) or a certified Nurse Aide (CAN). We believe that his dedication and diverse interests allow him to make a meaningful impact in the healthcare field.
